A set of polishing sponges and a polishing head with an adapter to polish the paintwork of your car, including hard-to-reach areas.
The sponges are attached with Velcro to the disc included in the set which you can conveniently mount in your drill, screwdriver or polishing machine.
Kit features:
- Paint polishing sponge set fi 80mm
- Sponges of different hardness and texture, high polishing efficiency - possibility to select the optimum sponge for the task at hand (type of polish used, polishing method, shape of the surface to be polished, degree of damage/scratching of the paint)
- Velcro-fastened to the included cushioning head
- Quick and easy mounting of the cushioning head on the drill, screwdriver or polisher with the included universal M14 adapter
Each sponge is characterised by a different hardness, making it suitable for cleaning different surfaces. Below is a spread with an example of the application of each:
- Black - soft sponge. It is used for finishing polishing, giving a shine and fullness to the paintwork.
- Blue - soft sponge , for finishing polishing. It is indispensable for removing the hologram effect produced after pre-polishing and glossing, even on dark colours.
- Red - its texture makes it ideal for use with medium-power polishing products. It eliminates paint defects and provides a good finish. Distributes polishing paste, reducing pre-polishing residue.
- Orange - for use in polishing all lacquered surfaces. Works perfectly with high-gloss lacquers, UV lacquers, mineral materials or acrylic glass. Ideal for polishing out the so-called orange peel effect and high-gloss polishing.
- Green - is used for application and pre-polishing of lacquer. Enhances the abrasive properties of aggressive polishing products.
- Yellow - the polishing pad is designed to remove medium scratches and defects from paintwork.
- White - A hard polishing sponge with increased durability designed for the initial mechanical polishing of various types of lacquer coatings.
- Fur - Particularly recommended for the elimination of the largest scratches and defects in the lacquer coating. A characteristic feature of the polishing fur is that it minimises the risk of overheating of the polished element due to excellent heat dissipation during polishing.
