The clamps are made of brass, which ensures good electrical conductivity and resistance to corrosion.
These clamps are fitted as standard in most motor vehicles. Before fitting or replacing the clamps, the battery terminals must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure a good connection and correct charging, thereby preventing any power loss.
Instructions for use:
- Remove the old terminals from the power cables. Clean the cables thoroughly to ensure the best possible connection.
- Loosen the clamping screws on the terminals. Insert the cables into the terminals, then tighten both clamping screws evenly so that the cables are held securely in place and do not move. Fit the clamps onto the car battery and tighten the screws firmly.
NOTE:
Do not force the clamps onto the car battery to avoid damaging it.
