XTOOL RA3 Lite rotary attachment

The xTool RA3 Lite rotary attachment allows for precise engraving of cylindrical and three-dimensional objects. This tool significantly expands the capabilities of xTool laser plotters, allowing you to personalize items such as mugs, bottles, vases, rings, and decorations with non-standard shapes. With support for four operating modes—clamp, roller, sphere, and ring—the device is ideal for both creating individual, unique projects and for mass production.

360° engraving and full control over detail

360° LiDAR Mapping™ technology enables the generation of a three-dimensional model of the object before processing begins, ensuring flawless alignment of the graphics. The system allows for full rotational engraving on surfaces with complex, irregular geometries (e.g., vases or decorative vessels). Additionally, the built-in camera automatically recognizes the rotational configuration and synchronizes the settings, minimizing the risk of errors and selecting the wrong operating mode.

Instant mode change with MagSwap™

The MagSwap™ design enables an instant, tool-free change of the device’s operating mode. The process of mounting the device, adjusting the clamps, and switching modules takes just a few seconds, reducing setup time for subsequent operations. This solution ensures smooth execution of a wide variety of engraving projects, eliminating technical downtime and additional maintenance procedures.

Complete freedom of operation when working on larger projects

The attachment is designed for working with larger objects and for mass production. The new T-type jaw design ensures a secure grip and stability during engraving, while the increased clamping diameter allows for working with a wider range of objects. The precise 26° angle adjustment feature facilitates the engraving of internal rings and conical elements, reducing project setup time and increasing work efficiency.

Smooth execution of mass-production projects without downtime

The RA3 Lite allows you to complete more projects in less time by supporting batch processing modes using rollers or a holder. This enables you to prepare subsequent items simultaneously while engraving is in progress, significantly speeding up the fulfillment of personalized orders. A high operating speed of up to 1200 mm/s allows you to increase productivity without sacrificing precision.

Full integration with the xTool ecosystem

The RA3 Lite model is designed to work with xTool M2 devices and offers full support for engraving cylinders, spheres, and rings. It also enables full-wrap engraving and operation in selected rotational modes, while maintaining a compact design and ease of use. Compared to the full RA3 version, the Lite model does not support automatic rotary mode recognition or batch processing, remaining a solution focused on basic rotary applications.
