The device is based on the advanced ESP-Shelly-C68F chip with 8MB Flash memory, which significantly affects performance and response speed. Shelly 1 Gen4 supports Wi-Fi connectivity in the 802.11 b/g/n/ax standard and Bluetooth 5.0, which makes it easier to add the device to the system. In addition, the Shelly controller has built-in support for the Zigbee protocol and native support for the Matter standard, which guarantees broad compatibility with various platforms. The enclosure has been designed to facilitate installation in standard electrical back boxes under sockets or light switches.
