VISION OF UAB LEMONA – a user-oriented modern partner in electronics and components. To realize this aspiration, we will target the efforts of our employees towards substantial quality improvement at all levels and in all places of work.  

The quality policy will be implemented in accordance with the following principles:

  • Constant communication with external and internal customers to improve the quality of products and services.
  • Fulfilment of contractual obligations.
  • Informing external process and product suppliers and service providers about the quality objectives and requirements of the organisation.
  • Compliance with the requirements of the laws and regulations that apply to the organisation activity.
  • Implementation of the process quality objectives using the necessary resources.
  • Continuous improvement of the employees and development of teamwork skills.
  • Periodic performance of evaluative analysis of the quality management system that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001, continuous improvement and improving the effectiveness.

The management of the organisation ensures that the quality policy, which is accessible to and known and understood by the employees, is regularly reviewed, analysed and updated in the future in order for it to remain relevant at all times.
