MIDI Unit is a module for controlling MIDI channels and sound synthesis , based on the SAM2695 chip. It supports the MIDI 1.0 standard , offers 64-voice polyphony, and also has an opto-isolated MIDI input and output in the form of 5-pin DIN sockets and a 3.5 mm jack . Bypass mode connects MIDI ports, and Separate allows them to be separated. Communication takes place via the UART interface (31520 bps). It is equipped with optical isolation and a Grove port for integration with M5Stack development modules. It is ideal for creating electronic music and interactive installations.
